And definitely be careful with any kind of heating tools. I’ve singed my hair with irons before, and sometimes smell it “burning” even from the blow dryer. I have a ton of hair so I haven’t had any major disasters, but I know fried tresses don’t grow very well.

This will keep it healthy and prevent it from splitting. With regards to other solutions, have you tried any hair treatments? LUSH have some great ones, and there are also hundreds online you can make at home? It sounds to me like your hair is not necessarily struggling to grow, but is unhealthy and therefore you are losing length and fullness. I hope these tips help 🙂

I did mine for.4 minutes everyday, sometimes with coconut oil and sometimes with olive oil and i use Amla hair oil sometimes also. I grew up to 1-1.5 Inches per week.
