My experience using coconut oil is really good, I just love it! It’s just soo mositurizing and conditioning I apply it twice a week and my hair is perfect and very healthy. But only applying oils wont help if we also eat healthy food that will help us alot more! Like foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, ex: Flaxseed. Foods also rich in Vitamin B6 and B7 are good for hair and vitamin E and C for strong hair!

So I may be the only male in this section but what the heck. My hairstyle is the very bland side parting/quiff which I’ve had for years now and I just want a change! I get regular haircuts which may be every 2-3 weeks but it seems that if I leave my hair longer than this it just stops growing on the sides especially. Hi Deepti, congratulations on your wedding! I’m sorry to hear about your hair loss, in this case I think it’s best to follow the doctor’s prescribed treatment. You might like to try gentle scalp massage but be careful not to encourage more hair loss. Coconut oil is fantastic for strengthening too. How about eating lots of protein rich foods?
